All of our products are available on our official UK website, as well as in selected Debenhams beauty halls.
We do not practice animal tests and thus respect European regulations, which prohibit the use of such methods.
Returns are accepted up to 30 days following receipt of your order. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Any free gifts or samples received with your order must also be returned.
All returns must be sent with a receipt or proof of purchase to the following address: Shearway Business Park, Shearway Road, Folkestone, KENT, CT19 4RH, United Kingdom.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs related to the return of your products remain at your expense. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Free delivery is offered on all orders of £40 or more. For orders under £40, there is a flat shipping fee of £5 per order.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive two emails; one to confirm that your order has been placed successfully, and another to inform you as soon as your order has been shipped. You can expect to receive your order 1-3 days following receipt of your dispatch email.
Due to the popularity of certain products, it is possible that they may sometimes be out of stock. In this case, we do our best to restock each item as quickly as possible. To be notified as soon as your desired product is available again, simply click the "Email me when it's available" button on the product page.

To access your customer account, simply click on the "my account" icon. This will allow you to place your orders more quickly, register multiple delivery addresses and view your orders. Not a customer yet? Click on the "my account" icon, followed by "create an account", and fill in the requested information (surname, first name, email address and password).
