For a small amount of gel onto a cotton pad. Apply to the closed eye. Leave on for a few seconds, then wipe off toward the temples without rubbing. Can also be used without a cotton pad.

Isle Of ManIt certainly does not aggravate the skin around my eyes which is sensitive. I have tried most eye make up removers but they are too harsh for me. It doesn’t remove all the mascara though, at least not straight away, but I love this product regardless.
