• Prebiotic sugar: derived from Ophiopogon japonicus (mondo grass), it soothes, restores the weakened skin barrier, hydrates the skin and maintains the skin’s microbiota. It also reduces itching.
• Hyaluronic acid: helps repair skin weakened by treatments and protects it from drying out.

It’s important to follow a suitable skincare routine while on acne treatment. Avoid scrubs or peels that could further weaken the epidermis. Use hydrating, repairing products that will strengthen and soothe the skin barrier.

United KingdomOver the last 4 years my skin has changed from normal to oily and with this I have started to get under the skin spots occasionally. This is the only moisturiser I’ve found that doesn’t flare this and instead keeps it calm. Couldn’t recommend more.
JerseyBought for my daughter who has suffered with acne for several years. She uses all sorts on it and the skin had become flakey in patches. It rapidly helped the flakey skin but her chin area broke out in a lot of very large painful spots which put her off using this. I think that the overall condition of her skin improved but the breakout has put her off. I have suggested just using this in the areas needed.

Of course, science still needs to make progress on knowledge of endocrine disruptors and we need to move modestly on these issues. But that doesn’t stop SVR from making a contribution. This is why we continually strive to improve our formulas, in order to guarantee our consumers the safest possible products.
The objective is to test SVR care that is aimed at the most vulnerable people and to reformulate those that will not be validated by the tests.
