Il prodotto non è assolutamente quello della foto che mettono loro... Dubito anche che sia originale perché lo uso da sue anni ed è diversa sia la consistenza che la profumazione. Arrivato anche con 3 giorni di ritardo. Da rispedire al mittente!

Confezione e prodotto rotti. Il prodotto é tutto sulla confezione.
Io non potrò provarlo. La confezione è arrivata in ben tre imballaggi (cosa strana). Purtroppo non l’ho aperto subito e dopo poche ore il mio pavimento era invaso da tutto il contenuto. È stato terribile pulire il tutto. Credo che fosse partito già difettoso. Non è rimasto nulla.
Purtroppo il dosatore è spezzato, il sapone è fuoriuscito sia all’interno del cellophane che al di fuori, bagnando l’imballaggio, come si vede nella foto. Dovrò travasarlo in un altro flacone con dosatore.
La bottiglia è arrivata spaccata io questo adesso come lo utilizzo? È enorme, non si trova un erogatore di questo tipo.

J'ai reçu le produit SVR ,avec le bouchon pompe cassé, je ne pourrai pas le renvoyer sans que cela se renverse. Il ne ferme pas. Comment peut on faire
