Embout de la foule cassée impossible de s'en servir ! Très déçue vu le prix

Pésima presentación del producto, el empaque muy dañado, pegado con cinta adhesiva y al abrirlo el producto caducará dentro de un mes!! Hasta me parece dudoso si es original o no, pésima experiencia en esta compra.

El paquete venia sin una envoltura, eh comprado otros productos de la marca y viene la caja envuelta en un plastico, la caja traia adentro un paquete de aretes, lo cual la caja fue abierta y el suero huele raro me preocupa que haya sido cambiado.

Terrible, it looks like they filled it with water or another liquid. I've been using this brand for over 5 years and the consistency of the product isn't what it should be. What can it be? The product should have more consistency and it has a smell, but this one is pure water... I will never buy from them again and I won't recommend it. Please don't buy from them anymore, this is a total fraud. They should give them firewood, deceive people

Dudo mucho que me hayan enviado el producto original, pienso que este es un clon, a menos que SVR haya cambiado la fórmula, pero no he visto ningún anuncio por parte de ellos al respecto. Este tarda mucho en absorberse, y los dedos me quedan horrendamente pegajosos y con una capa blanca, como si fuera pegamento o pritt. Tengo que enjuagarme las manos para quitármelo. Esto no pasaba anteriormente cuando compraba el producto en la farmacia. Hablando del producto original, o la fórmula original, la verdad es muy bueno, hidrata muchísimo la piel y la protege, solo que la deja muy brillante. Aún así lo recomiendo, solo que tengan cuidado de que no les manden uno falso.

Bonjour,C'est la première fois que je commande ce produit et malheureusement la boîte était abîmé, j'ai même l'impression qu'il a déjà été ouvert ou simplement mal manipulé. C'est dommage.

High quality packaging, and high quality content. Great moisturizing cream/gel, no strong fragrance, comfortable on your skin/face, absorbs nicely, leaving it hydrated yet, not oily or sticky. This new “refillable pack” is cool, with a nice reusable glass jar, and a content insert, which you can re-order as refill (and cost $10 less). Made in France. I have been looking for a fragrance free lightweight moisturiser and AI (!) recommended this. I use it over a serum and before light foundation. Does a brilliant job. Skin feels smooth and non greasy. I’m also using the cleansing balm which I like very much.

I began with a sample and ordered a bottle on the the strength of how much I liked it. I’ll be ordering again soon!!

Produit agréable à l'application même si je le trouve un peu collant. Peu de résultats. Promeses non tenues.

Hydratation dans l'instant mais rien ensuite.

Es muy pegajoso y no se absorbe bien, aun poniendo poco producto me queda pegajoso todo el dia.

J’ai lu une revue sur ce produit avec beaucoup d’espoir à la clé! Mais un gros flop! Le fini est collant à ma peau et la promesse de l’hydratation n’est pas respectée selon moi!Donc beaucoup trop chère par rapport au prix!

Sérum qui colle et qui n'hydrate pas du tout. Achat inutile.

J ai fini par comprendre que c'était ce produit qui donnait une texture bizarre de peau, comme granulée, avec plein de tous petits boutons incolores . J'avais le même souci hélas avec les lotions Hadalabo hydratantes à l acide hyaluronique .(mais pas avec mes sérums à l acide hyaluronique).bref j hésite entre la poubelle ou le recycler sous la crème pour les pieds....
