Le produit est arrivé avec le packaging légèrement déchiré par le bas et le flacon n’est pas étiqueté. Ce n’est pas très rassurant surtout sur un soin cosmétique.

Baume appliqué sur la paupière inférieure de ma fille de 7 ans, rougie et asséchée. La crème est très fluide et pénètre facilement. Cinq applications réparties sur deux jours et demi et sa paupière avait retrouvé son aspect normal. Maintenant dès qu’elle se plaint et que je constate que sa paupière rougit de nouveau j’ai pris le pli de lui en réappliquer, et cela permet de rapidement inverser la tendance. Très satisfaite de ce produit donc.

Después de utilizar de todo tipo de cremas , he de decir que he dado con la mía , es impresionante la textura que tiene el frescor que deja en el párpado y lo más importante se empieza la mejoría desde el minuto uno, tengo sequedad en los ojos y párpados se me agrietan y da picores ….pues por fin encontré la mejoría , lo recomiendo al 100 por 100

This eye/face balm arrived in an attractive cardboard box, which kept it well protected.Inside is a stylish looking, pump action, bottle which contains 30ml of product.The pump was quite hard to get going but once engaged it dispenses the balm smoothly. The balm itself has a fairly thick, creamy texture which absorbs well into the skin.I ordered this as my partner has a tendency to get dry/sore eyelids and he has been able to use this without any irritation. I tried it myself over my facial skin and eyes and found it soothing and cooling with no stinging, despite it being applied to my eyelids.It's a small bottle but you don't need to use much, as it spreads easily, so it will last for a long time.At £18, at time of review, it may seem pricey but for a gentle cream that's suitable for use around the eyes I think it's fair value.

Was recommended to try this product as the skin on my face and neck was very patchy, dry and red in places. Very pleased with the result as the redness has subsided and my skin doesn't feel tight anymore. I have now been using this product every morning and evening for 8 months, it is now part of my routine. Feeling even confident to go out without make up. Thank you SVR.

absolutely incredible, I just wish it was available in a bigger bottle too. I started using this cream around my eyes to manage eye eczema and for the first time in years it is completely gone and my skin is actaully fully recovered. I now started using it on my whole face with brilliant results for my reactive and rosacea prone skin with a compromised barrier. I do go through quite a lot of bottles as a result so a bigger product would be more economical (and lead to less packaging waste), but I still keep returning to this cream as nothing else compares!

This is lovely to use. It calms my skin and does nit irritate my eyes. I find it perfect during the hay fever season when anything else on my face causes more irritation.

This is my second purchase and I absolutely love it. It's so gentle and hydrating for my sensitive skin, I can apply right to the lash lines without any irritation or 'smarting' of the eyes. I would highly recommend and will keep buying.

I had a very bad allergic reaction to an eye cream and the Palpebral balm saved my skin. After using for a few days my skin was soft, smooth and soothed. Highly recommend this product

Lovely product, though I find it a little greasy initially. This does dissipate after a couple of minutes though.

I bought this cream hoping it would help with the eczema around my eyes, it did not. It caused more redness and a burning sensation and I had to wash it off soon after applying it.

Tengo eczema e irritación en los párpados, compré este producto porque no había stock del producto que uso habitualmente y por lo que ponía en la descripción pensé que este me valía.No me ha funcionado, ni alivia ni hidrata ni desinflama esa zona, es más, deja los párpados con una desagradable sensación de tirantez y sequedad. Dinero tirado.

Me arde y no ayuda a eliminar la picazón, la empeora, tal vez sea que a mí no me cayó, mi dermatóloga me recomiendo TRADERMA y la verdad en 3 semanas me alivió casi todo el problema, esta semana le di otra oportunidad a SRV y la picazón volvió… en definitiva no me sirvió

A good option to decrease a very mild irritation on the eyelids. Like the package.

This one seems to be a bit too ... 'intense' for my skin. It feels a bit too 'rich' in texture, I prefer these to be very lightweight and instantly absorbent. This one is nice and it should be great in colder weather. It is not nasties free, which is another thing I am not particularly keen on. But the dispenser on this 'can' works well and is very convenient. The 'can' is, of course, plastic (another point I am not happy with).

SVR PALPEBRAL Soothing Hydrating Face Balm is a great option for anyone with sensitive skin, especially around the eyes. It helps calm irritation, redness, and dryness almost immediately. Here you get 30ml of product in a well designed pump dispenser. The moisturiser has a rich consistency and the fact that it is fragrance free makes it suitable for those with sensitive skin. I found it sinks in effortlessly leaving my skin feeling soft and moisturised. Very soothing if you have any types of irritation too.

Pricey but does a great job at making my skin feel fresh and moisturised. Certainly something I would use maybe once or twice a week so it lasts a long time and then I'd use a cheaper option for every day use.Definitely a high quality product that makes me skin feel amazing after each use just a tad pricey!

30ml doesn't last very long. With only a few applications, the airless pump at the bottom was already well over an inch from the bottom.It is a lovely product though. I found it very effective and really nice to apply. It is entirely scentless, none of the "scentless" but slight chemical scent that LRP has. This was much nicer in comparison.

This is a tiny 30ml container of quite rich moisturiser. It is fragrance free and I found it absorbed well and gave good and long lasting relief to dry skin at the outer edge of my eyes. The container took a lot of pumping before any cream came out - I was beginning to think the dispenser was broken. Overall, its a good product and it does what it says.
