Niacinamide (4%) + salicylic acid: regulate sebum, limit bacterial growth, reduce blemishes and smooth skin texture.
While it's tempting to think breakouts will abate with some sun-bathing, UV exposure actually causes a delayed "rebound" effect whereby spots work their way out of the skin with a vengeance once UV exposure ceases. This is because UV rays dry the skin superficially while also stimulating sebum production deeper down. As the skin thickens, sebum accumulates and blocks the pores. After sun exposure, the skin returns to its original thickness and the sebum and bacteria become trapped. Spots, blackheads and enlarged pores return.
Hyperpigmentation marks can occur wherever there is skin-trauma, if exposed to UV.
SEBIACLEAR CRÈME SPF50+ has been tested on sensitive acne-prone skin.
SVR’s new patented(1) combination of sun filters: very high dermatological marine-friendly sun protection protects against all types of rays - UVB, UVA, VISIBLE, INFRARED and UV - as well as spots and marks caused by UV.

Apply evenly to the face before sun exposure. Reapply if sweating or out in broad daylight.
Sun protection products never provide total protection so it's imperative to reapply to maintain protection, especially after swimming or towel-drying.
It is recommended to avoid sun exposure between 12-4pm when the sun is strongest and ideally wear protective clothing and a hat.
Sunburn is dangerous, especially for children.
Use sun protection products that are appropriate for your skin type
I chose the wrong kind of sunscreen, one for oily acne prone skin. I want to return it to exchange for one intended for dry skin. I get no response to emails.

SVR
is committed to Endocrine Disruptors
Because SVR is a dermocosmetics laboratory with a large family audience and concerned about the safety and tolerance of its products (which are already subject to a drastic charter), we wanted to provide our consumers with concrete answers, through a series of tests carried out on our formulas. These tests were carried out on the estrogenic, androgenic and thyroid endocrine mechanisms.
A strong initiative that seemed legitimate to us in view of SVR's dermatological positioning and the precautionary principle that the laboratory must adopt. An essential initiative to enlighten consumers who trust us about the products they use on a daily basis. Of course, science still needs to make progress on knowledge of endocrine disruptors and we need to move modestly on these issues. But that doesn’t stop SVR from making a contribution. This is why we continually strive to improve our formulas, in order to guarantee our consumers the safest possible products.
The objective is to test SVR care that is aimed at the most vulnerable people and to reformulate those that will not be validated by the tests.
